How long does a DOT physical take?

Typically, 30-45 minutes – depending on your health history and paperwork.

How much does a DOT physical cost?

The self-pay cost is $75, due at the time of service.

Is the urinalysis a drug test?

No. The required urinalysis checks for sugar, protein, and other markers related to underlying health conditions.

How long is my DOT card valid for?

Most certificates are valid for up to 2 years. Some health conditions may require a shorter certification period.

Can I still pass if I take medications?

Medications do not automatically disqualify you. Our provider will review them to ensure they’re safe for commercial driving.
