Hypertension: the silent killer. If you feel that your headaches or fatigue are caused by high blood pressure, if you have relatives with hypertension or if you have been told that you have high blood pressure, stop in and get your blood pressure tested free of charge.
I would rather refer you to a provider and explain the target end organ damage that can occur that allows you to avoid a doctor because of cost.
