Convenient Care Clinic is an experienced acute care walk-in clinic located at Eagle Ridge Plaza. As a nurse practitioner owned and operated clinic, we have 21+ years of kind, caring and non-judgmental experience, seeing patients ages 6 months to 80+ years old.
Our mission is to keep our community healthy and safe with convenient affordable healthcare. We accept walk-in visits 7 days a week to treat acute conditions, or call to schedule an appointment with our new primary care provider Jamie Upton, DNP-C.
I’ve always had a desire to provide quality care at an affordable price, eliminating the overhead that continually drives the cost of health care up. Health insurance has become unaffordable to many, and high deductibles have kept individuals and families away from seeking simple health care. The goal of my clinic is to provide a convenient, compassionate alternative to expensive care. This is much like an e-visit, only in person without vital signs, weight, or unnecessary labs unless required. This way, you receive hands-on, in person care at a minimal fee.
I have been in nursing since 1992, but I’m also a mother to 2 grown children and their wives, grandmother to 5 between 2 and 20 years of age. My hobbies include gardening and spending time with my grandchildren, and attending their functions.

Jamie is a Fargo native and graduate of North Dakota State University with his Doctor of Nursing Practice. He’s been serving the local community as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 9 years and has a passion for patient education and satisfaction.
Jamie lives with his wife of 20 years, two daughters, and a labradoodle who just might be the biggest diva of them all.

Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 5pm
